PreOs error - QILING Technology Forum

I'm having this error code when trying to enable PreOs: 0x25910100 (also when I try to create a bootable media).

Please send the log files(such as diskmastui.log, dmagent.log) to us, thanks!
The log files is in the log folder in the install path.
