Hello user,
As you mentioned what you have done is a DISK backup,when it comes to restoring, you have to ensure that your new disk space is larger than the one you backed up. hope you enjoy it.:)

Hi Jakee

We're sorry we can not do anything. Secure virtual disk does not contain any mechanism or facility that would allow partial or complete recovery of your encrypted data without knowing the correct password. The only way to recover your files is to try to remember your password.
