Cannot backup to or from Network discs

Qiling Disk Master Free version 3.9 Build 20160627

Cannot backup to or from any network disk.
"network failure, check network (error code:0x0d812019)"
Network is fine, am able to read write and access all network discs from other applications and from other backup applications.
