Can't install: Error Code 14E07900

I want to try out Qiling Fast Cache, but I can't install it. The installer gives an error code: 14E07900. I tried restarting like it suggested, and tried installing in safe mode, with no success.

Anyone had this issue before, or knows how to fix it?
