Backup was to slow

I have the newest version of iMac and I want to make an time machine backup on my external USB 3.0 hard drive. But the transfer rate is very very slow. The system shows an backup-time of about 100 days (!!!!!) to save 450 GB. What's going on? The hard drive is also really new and works normally if I use it as a normal hard drive (also with other Macs)... Who can help mejQuery19109327568920768398_1427522413820??

Sorry, QILING Disk Master is not supported for iMac, it's only for Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP

Just finished my first backup. Many files had a message: C:ProgramDataMicrosoftCryptoRSAMachineKeys35584aab2bf6347d157f7ca34eb338c2_f8b48f26-fbe4-4a34-962b-5a72bf830e69 (Failed to open the file, the file may not exist or do not have permission. )
Will that interfere with system/file recovery if I need one and how to proceed in doing so?
Also, how do I know that everything has been backup as the backup folder contains two files of the type DFG

The current user and system do not have permission for the files in the
'C:ProgramDataMicrosoftCryptoRSAMachineKeys' folder.
if there are not a error message, then everything has been backup.
