Disk Master not running. - QILING Technology Forum

When I try to start the program I get this message: Disk Master Agent service is not running, probably not permitted, please restart the computer or log in with administrator, if not, please reinstall. Error code: 0x3af01072.
Please advise.

Hi RSdeC,

If there is a error in the installation process? if so, please reboot pc and try to reinstall it.

It may be some security software prevents install drivers or service program in the installation process, set the security software to allow the installation and try to reinstall.
If not, please reboot and try to reinstall.
If not too, please send log file(vdiskui.log and agent.log) to us, thanks.
