unable to backup to network drive - QILING Technology Forum

unable to backup to network drive

Error code about not having permission . when i enter credentials for network, it states no permissions. however i can read/write files without issue outside of application.

network connection failure, may not have sufficient permissions or the network is not normal. (errorcode:0x2861201a)

please, let me know what email address i can send logs to. this pc does not have email. so i need to move files, manually.

Hi,

Maybe, a user is not allowed to use more than one user name and the server or shared resource multiple connections. Break all connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
Or try to use other account for network drive.
If not, please send the log files(vDiskUI.log Agent.log) to us.
