@support I DID create and boot from a recovery CD, it did not see my external USB drive

What your system is? Windows 10 or Windows 7 or other?

@support Windows 7, but it shouldn't matter as the Recovery CD is created with that downloaded image......

I should have been more specific, the recovery CD doesn't see my external USB3 drive
