Cannot reinstall error code 0f20a070

I couldn't resize the ramdisk so I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it won't. The error code is 0f20a070 and also says something about "drivers not installed correctly." It instructed that I should manually shut down and try to install again and the results are the same. I even tried installing it in windows 10 "safe mode." Even shut down the anti-virus and still the results are the same.

What do I need to do?
